Children’s Church: Our Children meet every Sunday morning during our 11:00 worship service for their own opportunity to worship. If you have children (through fifth grade) we would love to for them to worship with us here.
Children in Action: Our children meet every Wednesday night to learn more about missions.
Upward Soccer - EVERY CHILD IS A WINNER: Upward Soccer is an opportunity to connect with children and their families in our community through organized sports. View photos from the 2008 season here.
Youth: Every Wednesday night our youth meet together to worship through teaching, praying, singing, and other means to draw them closer to God.
Brotherhood: The Brotherhood is open to any man that is willing to come and join us. We meet every Sunday morning at 7:00 am for breakfast, prayer, and fellowship. We are also actively looking for ways to serve our community and our church family.
WMU: Our WMU is very active in the church and in the community. We have local ministry/mission opportunities every month. We also have groups that meet monthly for personal growth and fellowship.
Music: The music at Southside Baptist Church is a blend of contemporary and traditional songs. The aim is always the exaltation of Jesus Christ.
Worship: Worship is a response to someone or something. Everyone worships something. We exalt the name of Christ and desire to worship Him alone. The bride of Christ is diverse, so we seek to have a diversity in our worship.
Energizers: These are the older members of our congregation. They are a close group who meet weekly for breakfast and often have church activities together.
Sunday School: Sunday School meets every Sunday morning at 9:45 am. We have classes for all ages and would welcome anyone to come, learn, and grow in our classes.
